Digicel SMS bundles

• Low usage SMS bundle of 20 messages from Digicel to Digicel
• Medium usage SMS bundle of 60 messages from Digicel to Digicel
• High usage SMS bundle of 120 messages from Digicel to Digicel
• Mixed SMS bundle of 60 messages from Digicel to Digicel and/or Digicel to other local mobile operators

1.     The “Digicel Text Bundles” Service is available to all Digicel Customers (prepaid).

2.     Customers can purchase a set number of SMS messages, of different amounts, each month at a discounted price.

3.     There are four Text Bundle packages:

• low usage SMS bundle of 20 onnet messages at Nafl 4.00
• medium usage SMS bundle of 60 onnet message at Nafl 10.00
• high usage SMS bundle of 120 onnet messages at Nafl. 18.00
• mixed SMS bundle of 60 messages at Nafl 12.50

4.     Customers may register for the plan Low usage SMS bundles dial *143*10#. To activate plan Medium SMS Bundles dial *143*20#. To activate plan High SMS bundles dial *143*30#. To activate plan Mixed SMS bundles dial *143*40#.

5.     If the registration is successful the Customer will receive a confirmation message stating, ‘please confirm activation of Low/medium/high/mixed Usage SMS Bundles by dialing *143*1#. To cancel dial *143*9#‘.

6.     Subscribers will be charged for the Text Bundle Service at the time of registration. After confirmation of the activation by dialing *143*1# Customer receives message stating ‘Thank you for joining Low/medium/high/mixed usage SMS Bundles for 30 days starting <date and time>.

7.     Unused messages expire after 30 days and cannot be carried over to the next month.

8.     Text Bundle messages can only be sent by Text Bundle Subscribers to other local Digicel Customers for the low/medium/high usage package. Subscribers on the mixed package can send text bundle messages to other local Digicel customers as well as mobile numbers of other local operators.

9.     After the Subscriber has exhausted the Text Bundle messages, any SMS messages the Subscriber makes will be charged at the regular rates for text messages.

10. If a Pre-paid Customer does not have sufficient funds credited to his/her account at the time of registration he/she will receive a message which states ‘Sorry you do not have sufficient funds to activate this service, please add the required credit to your phone and try again – thank you for using Digicel’.

11. After 30 days a Subscriber’s registration to the Text Bundles Service expires and he /she may renew by following the instructions set out at clause 4 and 5 above.

12. The Text Bundles Service is offered for personal use by individuals and is not designed for commercial use. Digicel reserves the right to terminate the service forthwith if in its sole opinion the service is being abused.
