1. Q: What exactly is Free nights & weekends?
A: With free nights & weekends all local calls to another Digicel number will be free of charge during the off-peak hours and the weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
 
To be more detailed: Weekdays on Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu from 9pm until 7am Weekend, starting 9pm Friday until 7am Monday  
 
2.       Q: What are the costs of this service?
A: Free nights & weekends are available for a flat monthly fee of USD 16.85. This is only in combination with any Digicel Select Package (postpaid package).  
 
3.       Q: can I use the free Nights & weekends for calls to every number?
A: NO, the free Nights & weekends only apply for calls made to other local Digicel numbers on Curacao. Roaming calls and internationals calls to Digicel numbers are not included.  
 
4.       Q: How many free Night & weekend minutes do I get per month?
A: During the nights and weekends you can make unlimited* calls/minutes to any other Digicel number in the same island.
 
*A Fair Use Policy of 3000 Free Nights & Weekends minutes per month applies. Excessive use will be use above 3000 minutes in aggregate, per customer per month, whereby, unused minutes will expire immediately on default and will not rollover. Additional minutes will be charged at standard rates.
 
5.       Q: Will Free nights & weekends be available in combination with any postpaid package?
A: NO. The free nights & weekends can only be offered in combination with any of the DigicelSelect packages. See below.    
 
6.       Q: I am already a Digicel postpaid customers: can I subscribe to free Nights & weekends as well?
A: YES. All existing customers on one of the DigicelSelect packages can change their package into a package including free Nights & Weekends for an additional fee of USD 16.85. per month. Customers who are still on one of the older packages and are entitled to switch (because they finished their contract), can choose to move to one of the new packages, thus joining the option of free nights & weekends.  
 
7.       Q: What happens if a customer change his package into free N&W during the month. Will this affect his bundled minutes, SMS and the rollover of minutes to the next month?  
A: No, the packages can be changed at any time during the course of a month. The system will automatically prorate the new subscription fee and bundle according to the remaining days in the month and bill cycle.
 
8.       Q: What does an existing customer need to do in order to get the free N&W?
A: In order to benefit from the free N&W, the customer needs to renew his postpaid contract for another 1 or 2 years. The customer can stay on the same package or choose to upgrade to a higher bundle (downgrading is only allowed after 3 months in a 1-year and  6 months in a 2-year contract: see below for the rules)
